Power of Attorney (Specifies who will be given the power of attorney for the patent. It can be obtained from a notary public.)

HOW LONG DOES PATENT APPROVAL TAKE?

Patent approval varies according to the patent search period. Pursuant to Article 30 of the Industrial Property Law No. 6769, which entered into force on January 10, 2017;

A person who produces goods or offers services, offers for sale or sells, imports or exports, markets for commercial purposes by infringing on the trademark rights of others by quoting or mixing them, is sentenced to imprisonment from 1 year to 3 years and a judicial fine up to twenty thousand days.
